Martinique's mangroves are explored by kayak: in Génipa bay near Les Trois-Îlets and in Trésor bay on the Caravelle peninsula. The guide points out the four species of mangrove tree, fiddler crabs and birds.
There are standard and transparent kayaks, as well as night outings. The water is sheltered from the swell, so the route suits children.
